Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "This review is from the 1st cleaning of my home. Hard to evaluate just yet but the plan is to continue weekly. Ladies were very pleasant and seemed eager to do a good job. I was impressed that the owner pursued me after my initial contact with Home Advisors. She called twice and made in house visit to introduce herself and get an idea of what I would need if we proceeded. As we get a routine going and understand expectations, I think all will be good, hopefully excellent! Ask me in 2 months!"
