"Absolutely Love my restructured Pond! Philip & Amanda are consummate professionals, hard working, efficient, effective. They have a vision of what should be and the experience and skills to make it real. We went from a fabric lined shallow pond to a proper depth. Pond now has a better flexible liner and is lined and capped with Stone. <100 pieces, each needing to blend with adjacent, each needing cutting and all put together so appealing! I've never had fish or a pond, this came with the house I purchased last year. Pond Life Liners provides routine maintenance and fish care for us, and aside from response, Philip has taught/mentored me and follows up to see how it's going. Thank you Philip & Amanda!"

Fountains questions, answered by experts

Placing your water feature in direct sun can speed up evaporation, leading to pump damage and algae growth. Shade or partial shade serves as the ideal location for most water features—just watch out for tree and plant debris that may fall in and clog the pump.

Whether a natural pool is worth it depends on several factors because they cost more than traditional pools. Many people opt for natural pools because they enjoy swimming in natural bodies of water such as lakes. Also, if you're environmentally conscious, a natural pool is going to be a much more attractive option than a traditional pool.

Moreover, for people with chemical sensitivities, a natural pool is a great solution since the water doesn’t contain chlorine.

Regularly clean pumps, remove debris, and monitor water levels to prevent algae growth and clogging.

When deciding whether or not to turn off your pump, you should consider your area’s climate and the aquatic life in your pond. If you live in an area with freezing winter temperatures and don’t have any wildlife, keeping your pump on could damage it. If you have aquatic life but live in a colder climate, you might consider keeping your pump running and adding a pond heater.

Algae growth is a common issue for misters, but you can do several things to prevent it. First, use a sealed water tank with distilled or filtered water to fuel your misters. Second, blow out the misters after every use so no water is left in the tubing. Third, thoroughly clean the misting system every several weeks of use at minimum during the warmest months. Third, wherever possible positioning tubing and the water tank away from direct sunlight and in the coolest areas possible.
