Once we decided on the Champion windows, the Champion agent came, measured the windows (8 replacement windows), showed me the samples, gave me a price, and allowed me to think it over. I contacted him and told him I wanted the work to be done. He arranged for the windows to be measured precisely, and I received a date for expectation of the installation. When the date arrived, the windows were installed carefully and with precision. The task was a bit challenging because the windows that needed replacing were already over 60 years old. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "I could not be more pleased with the work that Zen did in my renovated master bedroom.  The room was, originally, an added on space.  This presented a number of problems; some of these problems were not revealed until the install process began.  The window
spaces were extremely tight and the workers really had their work cut out on the removal, alone.  I must admit that I was nervous about how things would turn out. Fortunately, the Zen contractors are more than mere workers?they are true craftsmen.  The install was difficult, but the end result is flawless and I could not be more pleased.

"Mr. Banks was courteous and professional on the phone and in person when he measured our windows and showed us options for light blocking shades. We paid a $400 deposit on top of Angie's List coupon value of $500 (out of pocket was $199 for coupon). We thought the additional deposit was high considering the money already invested along with the coupon value. We ordered 6 shades on 5/27/15 and were told we would have our shades in three weeks. Due to extenuating circumstances (Mr. Banks was out of town for an emergency) our shades were installed two months after ordering. While I was unhappy with the long wait time and sporadic communication I am very happy with the installed shades. One of the blinds had a small defect in the fabric that we noticed on install and Mr. Banks brought a new one out the next day and installed it. Overall I feel certain that we would have had the promised three week turn-around if the family emergency had not occurred.
