"I bought an older home, out dated. The pipes were cpvc, some were cracked and leaking, the faucets were also old and had issues with leaks/dripping. Proline came out and made a very reasonable price to replace all the water lines with new PEX and they replaced all of my faucets with ones I had picked out. They were quick, friendly, and when they left there was no trash anywhere, they left my home very clean. This is a great professional company, I highly recommend."

"Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. I was pleased he resolved my clogged sink so quickly so I could rest after a night's work. Thank you again, Joe."

"Brad Rogers and his crew did an outstanding job.
Every person of the paint team was professional, punctual, courteous, and efficient.
Job took about 6 days because of the unusual cold and rain that occurred at the end of March.
They arrived about 7AM and worked through to 5:30 PM every day.
The work area was picked up, cleaned up and tolls stored every day before they stopped work.
I don't think I've ever seen a team that worked as hard, as efficiently and as quickly as they worked.
I've requested that Brad give us an estimate to paint the exterior of our pool house and garage.

"Owner (David Francis) visited to estimate our job, the only one of the contractors we had who actually climbed up on the roof to look around. Explained in detail what issues/problems he saw and his suggested repair method. Quoted a competitive price for shingling with the style/color we wanted. One thing we liked was the contractor uses synthetic underlayment (felt) and his explanation was that not only is it a longer-lasting product than organic felt, it provided a more secure surface for the crew to walk on with our roof being a steep (6/12) pitch. We liked the fact that the crew's safety was a consideration for what product was chosen.
Crew arrived early the morning that was arranged for the work to start and promptly started about 7:15 a.m. The last worker came off the roof about 8:15 that evening, so a very full day spent on the job. They returned bright & early the following day and were finished shortly after noon. Our roof was 56 squares so not small and they stayed at it until finished, which included installing new ridge vents, removing/patching old power ventilators and replacing 2 1/2 sheets of roof decking that had water damage.
The crew was courteous and were respectful of the property. They were very careful with the flowers/plants around the house and we have come across almost zero damage which is difficult to do when ripping off an old roof and collecting the old shingles on tarps on the ground. They swept the yard for nails and we have found only a few strays on the property which again speaks for their care in the installation and their clean up. We had moved some plants off our back patio into the yard to make room for the workers and when they were finished they moved them back onto the patio without even being asked to do so, and arranged them neatly which was a nice gesture. They also painted the stand pipes and vent stack from our fireplace the same color as our shingles which has the effect of camouflaging those unsightly white pipes and steel/rubber boots that we'd had for years. Really nice extra touch.
During the job I had a couple of questions and David was very quick to respond to text and phone messages and did everything we expected to satisfy us as his customer.
After several hard, blowing rains we have seen/heard no evidence of leaks so we are very happy with our new roof installation and have confidence it will serve us for years. We would highly recommend Cobalt Construction for doing any roofing job, and have the confidence they would perform other construction jobs to a similar degree.

On average, a plumber will take 30 minutes to two hours to clear a clogged drain. If the clog is located close to the drain or an access point and isn’t severe, the project will take about half an hour. If the clog is deep within your plumbing system or is a severe blockage, it can take two or more hours to remove the clog. For this reason, main line clogs tend to take longer, usually between two and three hours.
It’s possible to snake minor drain clogs yourself, provided they sit within a foot or two of the drain itself, but it’s usually best to hire a professional plumber regardless. Even experienced DIYers have a high chance of accidentally pushing the clog further into the drain using a drain snake or another tool, so hiring a plumber is the ideal course of action. A professional plumber can use camera equipment to locate and identify the clog, and remove the entire blockage to fix your issue permanently.
In most areas, drain cleaning professionals don’t technically need a license, as they aren’t altering your plumbing system in any way. However, we recommend hiring a drain cleaning professional with a plumbing license and certification. Certified plumbers are more likely to provide professional solutions to drain clogs without damaging your system. They’ll also have the diagnostic tools and experience necessary to remove the clog entirely rather than providing a temporary solution, as a handyperson might. Use Angi’s state licensing tool to check your plumber’s professional licenses before hiring.
Applying drain cleaner is a common DIY solution to clogged drains, but it can be extremely harmful to your pipes and lead to corrosion and leaks. It is almost always better to try snaking a clog than using a drain cleaner, but the best solution is to hire a professional plumber. They can locate the clog and gauge the severity using a camera system and then decide if using a plumber’s snake, auger, or drain cleaner is the best option to remove the clog and limit damage to your plumbing system.
The average cost to unclog a drain is around $200, with prices ranging between $110 and $800, depending on the type of drain and the extent of the clog. Hiring a professional to snake the toilet or sink will usually cost between $110 and $275, a bathtub or shower typically costs around $225, and a main line clog can cost between $100 and $800 based on the severity of the clog and how far beyond the access point the clog sits. Since the labor involved varies, most plumbers will charge an hourly rate for drain cleaning.
