Greetings, I offer complete Heating and Cooling services for your residential home or commercial business. My services are wide ranged from preventative maintenance, repair or replacement. I am available 24/7, all my services are Flat-Rate pricing, which means there are no overtime charges or after hours charges, you pay one rate and no hidden charges. I have been in the industry for 20 years and licensed for 15 years as a HVAC Contractor. I am a Owner-Operated company and a consumer just like you.

"I am very disappointed with the overall job. I would not feel comfortable recommending this guy for any HVAC work in the future. - he raised he voice at me (when I was offering to give assistance) - he told me in writing that the flex replacement would be an additional $462 and then charged me $956 - he would not answer phone calls (and he would answer my wife's calls using a different number) - garbage was left at my house for many weeks (and left me to dispose of it) - surplus supply was left and never picked up - supply vent wasn't working and was not fixed it (and I had to fix it myself) - flex fell off the boot after a couple weeks of use (and I had to fix it myself) - existing supply pipe was not removed (as he said he would remove it) - existing white tape was not removed/covered (as he said he would take care of it) - he was unresponsive to text/calls to the extent that my wife had to call to try to get him to finish the job - gave no labor cost consideration for my personal work to tear down old flex (as he said you would) - told lies for weeks about sending a check to reimburse for the extra supply and it never came"

Ceiling Fans questions, answered by experts

If you’re removing a ceiling fan without visible screws, start by locating the fan canopy—a round cover placed above the fan blades and motor. There should be a thin ring that can be turned counterclockwise to remove the canopy and reveal the screws. After unscrewing the fan, you can disconnect the wires and remove the entire fan from the mounting hardware. For safety, make sure the fan switch is turned off before you remove the canopy. It may be easier to remove the fan blades first, too.

There’s no reason why you can’t install a ceiling fan anywhere in your home, such as in living rooms, offices, bedrooms, and dining areas. Most bathrooms already have ventilation and don’t need a ceiling fan. For safety purposes, avoid installing a ceiling fan where the blades will be less than eight feet from the floor, near bunk beds, or anywhere else they may hit nearby objects.

If your home already has wires for a ceiling fan (and optional light kit), then it’s quite safe to wire and install it yourself. Always be very careful to shut off the power before you begin, and confirm that the power is safely off with a non-contact voltage tester before touching anything. It’s also highly recommended to use eye protection, rubberized gloves, and tools with rubber handles to keep yourself safe from electric shock.

There are several types of ceiling fans, each with their own purpose or advantage. A standard ceiling fan works for most spaces, but low-profile ceiling fans are better suited to rooms with low ceilings. You can also find ceiling fans with lights, energy-efficient ceiling fans, and retractable blade ceiling fans.

When choosing a mounting bracket, you have the option between flush mounts and downrod mounts. Flush mounts are the better option for low ceilings as they feature a lower profile. Downrod mounts are the optimal choice for rooms with high ceilings as they offer a pole that adjusts the height of the fan.
