Went well, will hire again.

Shane asked all the right questions to find out exactly what I wanted to do.. gave me several options to choose from.. and told me the pros and cons of each option. He arrived on the day that we agreed upon and completed the job two days later. He used top of the line fixtures and wiring.. rented a trencher, and raked up the dirt into a mound over the new line..

Shane was very professional - and an all-around good guy. I could not have asked for better service. He carefully analyzed issues with the existing system and provided a detailed quote of services required. He ultimately installed a new fuse box, re-organized the wiring in the house, installed new outlets (interior / exterior), installed a bathroom vent fan, installed exterior flood lights, and fixed a ceiling fan, among other items. I could not be happier to have located Shane for this and future electrical work.

I could not have asked for a better job. Very professionally done and in the time frame originally indicated. I took several quotes and not only was Shane the best price, but I also had the best overall impression before I made my decision to use him. Other contractors said they would have to tear into a good bit of my sheet rock to get the job done. Shane said he would minimize any need to do so. When it was all done, Shane had figured out solutions that required no sheet rock damage whatsoever! This is a testament to his dedication to respect my home and a result of the careful planning that went into mapping out the project at the outset. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone that needs a good residential electrical contractor. I am completely happy with the work he did for me and would definitely use him again.

Great job! Very professional. Provided timely service, did everything they said they would do. They even did a little extra needed work which they did not charge me for.  Cleaned up after installation, gave a 12 month warranty on parts and service. Would definitely use again.

Everything went excellent-very happy with the job.

He was very knowledgeable and nice to do whatever it took to get the job done.  He was willing to repair anything needing it.  He didn't have to repair anything at all. 

He didn't charge anything but stayed at my house until we were satisfied with the effort he made.  He was willing to come back if the issue was not with the incoming power from the transformer.
He nailed it.  The issue was from the transformer and the power company repaired it immediately.

I have had a rough day. However Shane and his professional care will allow me to relax in a air conditioned home tonight. First my Air Condition has been out since September and things have began to heat up in Alabama 87 today that not so hot , however when you have 1 wife and four daughters things needed to change. The Ac man came this morning and filled the freon and within 15 minutes my house lost all power due to the breaker. ah Ha!!!! Now I remember why happened last fall. It was never the Ac it is the electrical wiring in my older home. Quickly I made the call to Alabama Electric and talked with Shane. Although he was already on a call for the day , he made time in the late afternoon to come and help my families predicament. Arriving after 1630 , I am sure he would hve preferred to go home, however his professional service and courteousy was a welcomed sight. He not only fixed my problem but inspected my house and it's wiring for under 100$ . I would also like to say that he gave me a discount for being a veteran . Hats off to Shane ! Thank you .

They did an awesome job and were very detailed. They went above and beyond to make everything up to code and safe and clean. I was overly impressed with the work and the kindness. It took a little longer than expected but they even worked on Christmas Eve to get it done as soon as possible. The price was very reasonable and they were always fast to respond and came out the day we called them. Would highly recommend!

After contacting their office, they were able to do the job the very next day. They gave me a four hour window, and showed up the first hour. They gave a detailed estimate and promptly went to work. The original estimate was 3 to 4 hours, but quickly found the job to be much more involved. They ended up spending 6 hours to complete the job correctly, but didn't charge me a penny more. Courteous tidy, and meticulous, I would definitely recommend them.

Needed a total rewire on my  older home with the old knob and tubing wire
. this required a lot of work in attic and crawl space.Shane did a great
job  and at a  fare price . At the price that i was quoted
i'd  been happy with just rewiring
existing  outlets  and switches . Shane went well beyond  that and installed extra outlets , switches ,
and hard wired smoke detectors , to bring my home up to code.If i could I'd  give this company 10 stars rather than the 5
that is allowed.

It was a very thorough job. He and his partner were very knowledgable and professional. They were neat and clean and cleaned up when they were done. They were suggested by a neighbor and we are very happy with the service. We will use them for all our electrical needs.

The service was excellent to the time I made the service call till the time Alabama Electrical completed the service call. The Electrician was professional and stayed till after midnight trouble shooting the cause of the power surge. Alabama electrical Service dedication to service was be among the best in the business considering that it was a Saturday night when the service call was made and by the rapid response time to arrive, access and fix the problem. The cost was very reasonable and I will contact this company with all my future electrical issues.
