"Team was on time, very professional, and cleaned up before leaving. Many thanks to team Justin Williams, Vince Davis, Christian Herrin, and Jalen Jackson for a job well done. We have had AFS do foundation work and waterproofing on 2 houses. We would recommend them to anyone needing this type of work."

"We were closing on the sale of my mother s house and made a potentially expensive discovery. We called APS and the work was completed well within the required timeframe where other companies we contacted could not perform the work for weeks. Thanx again APS."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Service was excellent. Work was done in a timely manner. Took 5 days for this big job and they always cleaned up after themselves everyday. Crew was very knowledgeable and professional. Went out of their way to be sure I was satisfied with their work. My home is now safe and properly supported. They worked with me on financing and budgeting and I will be hiring them again to do the 2nd portion of my foundation repair (replacing an outer band and increasing straightness of floors) once I pay this off or at least down some. But for now I know my house is safe and my floors are sturdy. I will leave another review once I have more work done. Greg McBride was great. Highly recommend this company. Look forward to future business. Will update!"

"We were in the middle of moving, we were selling the house that we were in and closing on a new home and there was some moisture found in the basement. This owner was great! We had called other different companies and because of our limited time frame (closing on a house), he was the only one that could come out right away. He treated the walls and waterproofed the lower level wall in the house. By far he was the most affordable company we quoted and he was a very hard work. Honest guy. He gave us a sense that he would not pull one over on you like most companies."

House Leveling questions, answered by experts

Mudjacking restores level surfaces, prevents further damage, and is more cost-effective than a full replacement.

Mudjacking typically takes 24 to 72 hours (one to three days) to dry and cure completely before you can resume normal use. The exact time can vary depending on the size of the project. Because the slurry mixture contains cement, it must fully harden to ensure that added weight from walking, furniture, or vehicles won't shift the concrete slab. A professional contractor can advise you on when the surface is safe to use. For comparison, if you use polyjacking instead, the polyurethane foam can dry in just a few minutes, but it's best to wait about an hour before use.

The method involves lifting settled concrete using pressurized cement slurry via drilled holes. This solves uneven surfaces and prevents further settling.

Yes, expanding foam (also known as polyurethane foam) can lift concrete. This approach, called polyjacking, involves injecting the foam rather than concrete slurry to fill voids and raise the concrete slab back into place. It’s often faster and requires smaller drill holes than traditional mudjacking, though it may come at a higher cost. Some contractors also prefer polyjacking over mudjacking for more damaged and delicate slabs.

A good slump height really depends on the project, but there is a use for nearly all slump levels. For example, low slumps are best in projects that require structure, such as curbs and roads. High slumps often require additional reinforcement, but they flow more freely into hard-to-reach spaces.
