"Jamey came to our house on Tuesday to give us an estimate. He gave me nothing in writing, but said he would send me details later. The following day on Wednesday, I called him to say we had decided to use his company. He said he would call me back the next day (Thursday) to let us know when we would be scheduled, he did not. I had asked him to send me the invoice, he did not. On Monday, I called him back to check on our status. He said his crew was coming tomorrow. He was supposed to notify me to let me know when they were coming. He did not. I asked him again to email me the invoice and sent him my email address. He did not. I sent him a text early the morning of the service explaining my skepticism. He called me. I asked about the invoice, and he said he was sending it with his crew this morning. I told him I had asked for it twice and that he had not called me back when he said he would. He told me he was going through some personal stuff and was not in his office. I asked him didn't he check his messages. He then told me find someone else to do my service and hung up on me. He then sent me a text saying I was rude."

Install Above Ground Pools questions, answered by experts

Mesh and tempered glass are both very safe pool fencing options because they’re difficult to climb. You might also want to consider installing a pool safety net, and always make sure your pool is maintained properly. You could even consider a swimming pool enclosure that surrounds the pool on all sides.

In most states, it is a legal requirement to have a fence around your pool. Laws vary by state and city, so check with your state and local government for regulations specific to you. Additionally, most homeowners' insurance providers will require some type of fence surrounding a residential pool before they provide coverage.

Yes, with custom measurements ensuring perfect fit and function.

Evaporation causes up to 70% of outdoor pools’ energy losses, according to the U.S. Department of Energy. While you can’t completely prevent evaporation, different types of pool covers can help a lot. Pool enclosures, however, don’t do much to stop evaporation—and the cost to build a pool enclosure likely won’t tempt you to try.

Depending on your budget, wants, and needs, a pool enclosure can be a worthwhile investment. It all comes down to how much you use your pool, and what it would mean to you to have year-round access to it.

If you know that you'll swim in your pool a lot, then having an enclosure means you don't have to worry about the weather. It's also a lot easier to maintain the water, because you don't have to deal with leaves falling into the pool, and the water's chemical levels tend to be more stable.
