I strive to produce the best quality hedgehogs that are possible in Northwest Florida area. I owned Hedgehogs since 2008 and started breeding in 2012. I have a few friends of mine in the reptile and rodent pet industry gave me the idea to start breeding and my day job was not paying the bills. So, one day I made the bold step and commit my life to the care of this beautiful creatures. I have customers from Texas to Florida. In Summer of 2013 I started vending for the pet expo Repticon.

Most small jobs, I work alone, giving the customer 100% of my creative craftsmanship & attention to detail... Larger jobs, I contract 1 - 2 employees... We use subs for major plumbing & electrical... Cost is determined by each job factor... Generally don't charge for travel... Service fees are only applicable for emergencies...

We start with an initial inspection to determine 3 things: 1.What is our target animal(s)? In other words who are we up against? 2.How did the animal(s) get in by locating all of their entry points? We give guarantees against animal re-entry. 3.What collateral damage has been done? Have they chewed any wiring, duct work, damaged insulation, or left fecal matter and/or nesting materials. After the inspection our Wildlife Specialist will offer an estimate of what we will do to remove the animal(s) and seal up your home to provide you with a 365 day guarantee against any animal re-entry.

"Just okay. Very responsive in coming out to give me a quote, but I didn't hear from them after the job was sold - I had to call their office three days later to find out when they were coming. I then got a text from the salesman saying they'd be out at the end of the following week, much later than I'd wanted them there since the birds had begun nesting in the soffit again. Also expensive - about $500 for a job that took literally 15 minutes - about $80 of that was for the plastic cap they put over the soffit. Not a lot of companies do birds, though, so I went with this one."

Animal Removal questions, answered by experts

Some species of bees (not to mention hornets) are aggressive and dangerous to have in your walls. If they swarm in anger or defense, they could badly hurt people in your home. Other species of bees are largely harmless and many people live in close proximity to them.

Either way, bees making hives in your walls usually causes damage. It can contribute to moisture problems, and attract other pests. Those problems get even worse if honeycombs build up. So we strongly suggest you find a way to keep bees from taking up permanent residence.

In many places, killing bees or destroying a hive is discouraged or regulated due to their crucial role as pollinators. Specific laws vary by region, and certain bee species are protected due to declining populations. Some states require permits or restrict who can remove or exterminate bee colonies. Always check local laws before attempting to manage or remove a beehive.

In certain cases, yes, the bees may go away on their own, but it’s a risk. Some bee types, such as bumblebees, create seasonal nests and then die out as their new queens seek homes elsewhere. But in most cases, you can’t count on the bees leaving naturally. It’s also not a great idea to leave openings in your walls any longer than you have to, which can attract other pests or cause moisture damage.

Bees usually have thicker, fuzzy bodies, while wasps have slender, smooth bodies. Behavior and nesting also differ.

Probably not. Many imitation nests are meant to be hung from trees or other tall places, but not all yellow jackets nest up high—most species, such as the common yellow jacket and the southern yellow jacket, build nests in the ground.
