Due to my having asthma, doing the project ourselves was not an option, and after shopping around, we canme across Gared and his work. Gared very kindly negotiated a price with us that we felt comfortable paying, and was very available throughout the remodeling process to offer updates and clear progress over a 2.5 week period. I thoroughly enjoyed talking shop with him and his knowledge combined with his friendliness really made this the best case scenario for contracting out a project like this. He took immaculate care of our newly purchased home, and cleaned up to a point where it almost seemed like he was never there. "They are very thorough and are a prime example of professionalism. They weren't all day about getting to me, doing the initial site survey, scheduling and getting the work done. Hunter explained how the company works, was extensive in his survey of the property, and explained in great detail what needed done, showing me an abundance of photos that he took while under the house, as he explained what needed to be done. Also, he explained it in terms that I, not being an engineer or general contractor could understand. There are other things that still need to be done, i.e. drainage update, encapsulation, and mold mitigation. When we're in a position to take care of those projects, we will bring AFS back to do those. And I highly recommend them for any of your foundation needs."

Everything was as-advertised and the windows had no damage or issues whatsoever.  The installers came when they said they would and the installation is neat and professional-looking.  I will call Zen when I get around to replacing other windows and doors.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
