Gared very kindly negotiated a price with us that we felt comfortable paying, and was very available throughout the remodeling process to offer updates and clear progress over a 2.5 week period. I thoroughly enjoyed talking shop with him and his knowledge combined with his friendliness really made this the best case scenario for contracting out a project like this. He took immaculate care of our newly purchased home, and cleaned up to a point where it almost seemed like he was never there.
