"I thought there's squirrels in my attic. Jim came to the house to give me an estimate. He told me that I have roof rats in the attic . "My technicians Bin and Earl were great! They literally came to the house started working immediately,even through in the rain,which they insisted wouldn't slow them down. They agreed lightning would be the only deterrent though ?. They were professional,knowledgeable and courteous. Bin returned for my weekly checkups and was pleased to report to more pests. "It went very well. They got rid of the noisy little monsters, repaired the eaves and painted everything. They saved me a bit of money by using paint I already had. It was supposed to be a one day job, but ran into a second day -- no problem, though. The second day was just finishing up the painting. "

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
