"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Oxen and his team obviously take pride in their work. They are respectful, clean up after themselves and leave the property better than they found it. They repaired the entire width of the back of our home. It had extensive water rot to the sides, eaves, and even a hole in the roof. Oxen then repaired other areas of fascia, siding & trim around the rest of the house. They then painted the exterior. Everything looks wonderful!
