"I am not happy with the treatment I received from C&D home solution. After having work done at my home, I stated to Joe Strampe that Billy Dennis stated that the wood trim around a couple of my windows would be repaired along with the other work that was performed. Joe Strampe refused to have this work done. I attempted to contact Billy Dennis multiple times. He never answered my calls nor returned my text. After removing the rotted wood and taking pictures showing that the old siding that was on my home was rotted. This old siding was being covered by the new siding that was being installed. After I posted these pictures to C&D Instagram site Joe Strampe wanted to talk. Once I called he was very rude and argumentative. He would not allow me to complete a statement without loud talking me or interrupting me. I finally hung up in his face. Not sure what kind of customer relation is normal but this is totally unacceptable in my book."
