"Lindsay and Jaylee were a God send. They asked and listened about what was important to me and they did not disappoint! I can honestly say I’ve never encountered a more meticulous and thorough cleaning. They cared for my home like it was their own. While this service was a move-in clean, I will be hiring them again for maintenance cleaning once we move into the home."

"

I was really impressed. I was a little concerned because it was a male and 2 guys showed up to clean my house and oh my gosh they were good. Amazingly good. They did things that I had to call my former housekeeper did not do unless I called it to her attention.. Just simple things. I would highly recommend them. They were quick and thorough in all rooms with great detail. And they were pleasant to work with and have in my home.

"This is a modified copy of letter I sent to Groupon:
The owner called around 8:15 AM to insure that I would be there at 9 AM.  I told her that our appointment was not until 11 AM according to my calendar notation.  She disagreed but said she would try to switch with her 12:30 appt.  Called back
and told me should could not switch but that she could put me at about 3:30 PM.  I said NO to that time.  I told her to come at 9 and I'd try to be ready.
When I have had housekeepers in the past on regular basis or trying them out, I 'strip' the bathrooms so that countertops are empty, tubs/showers are empty, etc.  In other words no time is wasted lifting and replacing.  Same in kitchen for any portable items that are not plugged.
First, I would delight in sending you pictures of what didn't happen as I discovered relatively quickly.  Pictures available of: one side of kitchen sink may have been cleaned but other side definitely wasn't so I began there; then noted marks on the kitchen counter where it had been wiped but either not with clean rag or cleaning liquid showed up dry; looked at top of countertop
microwave and countertop wine cooler to find those not even dusted; range top and knobs swiped at thus I took apart and cleaned; no attempt to wipe out interior of microwaves so I placed cups of water in them, brought to boiling, and a few minutes later had cleaned interiors of microwaves; floor area where my husband preps food and dog drools plus area around it not cleaned as food particles can be seen on floor; waste basket with lid that stands on floor not wiped down and when moved dog hair clump behind it [so ended up vacuuming with a portable vacuum to get all floor and floor crevices in kitchen, under kitchen table [dog hair], and under portable island [dog hair, etc]. There was no way that a stand up vacuum alone should have been used for this job as it missed too much.
Next, to the master bath where I had planned to put back everything I had put on our bed. First thing I noted on the tiles was again the marks made I guess by a wet mop and mark maybe by a tennis shoe or something.  Dog followed me in and first
thing I noted was that his paws left marks then realized my shoes were leaving marks.  There was a film on the entire
bathroom floor.  Noted ring marks from something on the one sink counter so ended up re-cleaning the bathroom and
scrubbing floor then immediately drying floor to get film gone.
Picture of kitchen rug shows apparently no attempt made to vacuum it as it is flat with embedded dog hair.
That is when I decided to check under the kitchen table and found dog hair there as well as under kitchen island.
So steamed the kitchen and family room floors that were to have been vacuumed and wet mopped.  Absolutely
dirty  steam pads resulted - pictures of those also along with some of cleaning cloths that need to be washed.  One of shots is of toilet water after I had switched in the family room to a wet mop and bucket due to my back issues. The picture of the dirty bucket water dumped into the toilet doesn't do the darkness of the dirty water justice. At the same time I was dumping the water, I noted the dog hair around the toilet bowl and paper holder.
Owner is a very nice young woman but needs basic cleaning techniques.  I used to have a couple who cleaned for 2 hours; the husband tackled the bathrooms while the wife did the kitchen then they did 3 of the 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, and family room.  Sometimes in cooler weather I'd have them switch off some of the rooms to do the screened porch.  They worked solidly for the 2 hours.
When I went to hand the Groupon Coupon to owner, I realized that I had written the date and time I made the appointment on it PLUS the date and time of the appt: July 3, 11 AM.  Wish I had paid attention before she left to what I found after.   I was cleaning other parts of the house and garage and folding wash while I thought the requested areas were being cleaned.

"Fantastic. Mr Dan Parks is the best contractor I have ever hired. He is hands on and does the work himself with his trusted skilled workers. We had a basic 3 foot cube for a shower. He built a complete new 6 foot long double shower with a bench seat. All new floor to ceiling porcelain tile, with rain forest spray. New Granite counter top, back splash and shower bench seat. Beautiful job! Clean, quick, organized and far under bid competitors. Dan Parks is a great guy and a former major and minor league baseball player. He does it all and I won't use anyone else!"

Garage Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

The level of insulation is determined by both the material and the thickness of the door. Some garage door materials (such as wood) have natural insulating capabilities, while other materials (such as metal) do not. No matter the material, two-layer and three-layer garage doors have a higher R-value than single-layer garage doors, as insulation is fitted between the panels.

You should let your initial paint job dry at least 12 hours before opening the door. Check your work after 12 hours have passed to confirm there are no uneven patches, or signs of the old paint showing though—if you see any, we recommend applying a second coat of paint and waiting an additional 12 hours for it to dry.

The best options for lubricating a garage door are silicone- or lithium-based lubricants made specifically for this purpose. These products are designed to deeply penetrate the door's components, such as hinges and springs, providing long-lasting protection against wear and tear. A silicone-based lubricant is an excellent choice as it also prevents rust and corrosion and performs well in extreme heat and cold.

It is important to avoid certain products. Do not use heavy, oil-based lubricants or standard grease, as they can attract dust, dirt, and other debris that may get caught in the tracks. You should also avoid using WD-40, as it can strip away any existing lubrication.

You can typically find appropriate garage door lubricants online or at a local hardware store for less than $10.

If you plan on heating your garage, you must install a vapor barrier when drywalling the garage. A vapor barrier protects your garage from frost and mold that can occur through condensation. If your garage is unheated, you don't need to install a vapor barrier. The only exception is if you regularly crank the heat in your car before getting in it. In this case, you may still want to install a vapor barrier, as your car can heat your garage.

You don’t need a garage door opener unless you need or desire the convenience they offer. While you may be able to open some garage doors manually, having a garage door opener makes life a lot easier. There is an exception, though—a motorized opener is an absolute must if you have a two-car garage (or larger), as the door will be too heavy for the average person to lift on their own.
