Rocky, himself, answered my project within 30 minutes, personally called me to arrange appointment, arrived on-time (actually early), then provided quick troubleshooting of our central vacuum system. He then made several recommendations for us to choose from. Ultimately, we decided to replace our entire central vacuum system. Within 50 minutes, he was able to remove our old unit and replace it with a new central system. In addition, he offered many tips and advice to properly maintain our new system. "Overall, we were very satisfied with the knowledge and quality of work that Covenant LLC provided. We had Covenant LLC install a radon mitigation system for our basement. Initially my husband and I met with David for the estimate and consultation. David spent the time to explain how radon can get into the basement, what the system would look like, and how he was going to make sure it was working. After meeting with David at Covenant, we met with a competitor who were definitely not as knowledgeable, were not going to seal any of the cracks or holes in the foundation or even follow industry standard by venting through the roof of the house. The day of install the crew was personable and professional and if they had any questions, they asked. The 3" pipe that Covenant had to install to run through a closet and into the attic. In order to do this, they had to drill through the porcelain title floors and run through 3 shelves. They spent extra time to jig-saw cut the shelves around the pipes and they took special care not to crack any of the porcelain tiles and when finished it looked like it was built with the house. After completion, Covenant came back and tested the radon levels which were reduced to below their guarantee, which itself is orders of magnitude below the EPA limit. We were probably not the easiest clients to work with as we had Covenant move the roof penetration several times until the noise was completely unnoticeable. David was always polite and professional and he wouldn't be satisfied with the job until we were satisfied. We highly recommend Covenant Air to anyone who is considering these services."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
