Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. "Sales representative responded immediately to homeadvisor request. There was a lack of communication between the sales representative and the installation department. The time specified to perform installation had past and I had to call them to schedule installation. They showed up the next day to perform installation, but did not bring flooring. If I had been informed that the flooring would be delivered later I probably would have allowed them to begin removal of old carpet. I had to call for the next installation date of which they scheduled for the next business day. The crew arrived on time and performed work well.
