I ordered my door and he showed up two weeks later install and installed the door that I wanted and only 2 hours. "Windows from Zen are excellent looking double-pane windows at an affordable price (plus, I took advantage of an Angie's List special package deal).  A tremendous improvement over our existing bare aluminum windows. Everything was as-advertised and the windows had no damage or issues whatsoever.  The installers came when they said they would and the installation is neat and professional-looking.  I will call Zen when I get around to replacing other windows and doors.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"When my husbands work schedule changed allowing him to complete the work, Al was flexible about the change. I called and spoke to Al and he was gracious and understanding. Al performed everything as discussed and kept me informed as we went along. While the work was not needed, his service is great! I kept his card and plan to call him with future jobs."

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "OK overall. Price was good, David Kellar the salesman seemed honest and was easy to work with. Craig ran the install and he was...somewhat less responsive. He wasnt present for most of it; his crew was composed of almost entirely non-english-speaking guys. They did an alright job; caulking was somewhat subpar. They installed one window really poorly, but they did come back after some prompting and made it right. Quality of windows is acceptable for the price, but not exceptional."
