He went out to our soon to be property and measured everything and called me back with some options and quotes. He seemed very nice and professional over the phone so we took a chance and sent him a deposit. We are so glad we did. As soon as we closed escrow on the house he and his crew were in our back yard doing the install. They did a great job and finished when promised for a very reasonable price. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.

"Al was very kind and straightforward. He did initially tried to charge me a little more than the average for the area but after I explained that I had done research for the labor costs and already have materials he got the cost significantly also mention that you found him on Angie's List. I am very pleased with how the floor looks they did a very quick job some very weird layouts because my house is strange though I love its eccentricity. Though it takes a long time to book him because he is usually busy he works very fast, but not sloppily, and the work was completed in approximately 4 days with a small crew of three one of whom was his son. we are almost done with most of our work but I'm a call him back for some minor repairs thing that needs to be completed the only complaint I have is that at least one of the workers is a smoker and I found a few cigarette butts in my yard or in the bushes next to where they were sawing which was not very pleasant. That is a minor complaint though because as contractors go they show up on time and they get the work done and they get the work done well; which, I don't know if you use very many contractors, is unusual and a good thing. Overall I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would suggest them to other people.
