"Backflow preventer pipe cracked in two places as the result of lawn guy supposedly winterizing the system before the 2023 freeze. He pulled off the insulation we had around the pipes to get to the valves and did not reward it. We did not have a problem during the freeze of last year or the year before, but this time we did. Julio called within two minutes of the request for a quote and Adrian came at 9:00 the next morning. We knew we had one crack but apparently there was another one. Adrian assessed the situation and made the repairs and also installed a shutoff valve at the base of the unit to cut off water coming in from street. This cutoff should have been installed underground by the sprinkler system company hired by our builder, Toll Brothers, but as with so many other issues with Toll Brothers’ contractors, it was not done. The price for all the work Adrian did was very reasonable and we will definitely use Green Grass Irrigation in the future."

It was exciting watching them work especially the tree cutter in the bucket going very high up! We will request they return next fall to take down another tree!"
