Technician made some decent recommendations and pointed out a few issues with the system. He pulled a bunch of lint out of our dryer vent so I'm looking forward to a more efficient dryer as well. "Mr. Gunn was hired to repair a mailbox. I stupidly paid him in cash so have no proof of the transaction other than text messages. The mailbox is 10 inches smaller than the original. His crew left behind a hot mess of cement in the yard and surrounding the mailbox that I have no idea how to clean up. I am very unhappy with the mess that was left behind and the fact that Mr. Gunn said he would clean it up but never did."
