I do great work and work for a few different realtors. Since 2024 I've done everything from 1,800 sq ft apartments to 6,500 sq ft houses. Cabinets with 8 doors to Cabinets with 56 doors and drawers. Im fast and efficient! All at the best price you'll find!!

Unlike high or semi-gloss paint finishes, which can create an excessively reflective effect in indoor spaces, the sheen in satin is understated and right at home on interior walls. If, on the other hand, you don’t want any level of shine at all, consider opting for a flat paint or another similarly sheenless alternative like matte. 

You don’t have to, but, on certain surfaces, sanding will allow the paint to adhere more easily.

The general rule when painting a home on your own is one day per room. It can take longer based on room size, drying times for a particular paint, and the number of coats used.
