Need to know when your house was built? Here’s a guide on how to find out your home’s build date.
A+ took care of all the engineering, permitting, and materials procurement for the job. I should have contracted them in the first place instead of trying to piece everything out (which would have been cheaper, but it was a lot more time consuming). They were willing to work us reasonably into their schedule for - basically - an emergency job. They also found issues with our septic system/leach field that the Civil Engineer that the real estate agent hired didn't find. This septic system should have never passed the COSA, which means that house should have never sold to us without a new septic tank/leach field.
We were very greatful to have A+ recommended to us and for their understanding/professionalism.

Jason was very professional in his capacity, both with us and with the other agents and property owners that he dealt with during the process.
We ended up purchasing the unit remotely and were very pleased with Jason's access to time-saving and very efficient processes that enabled us to complete the transaction with minimal effort.
We plan to work with Jason in future.

When attempting to buy our second home we encountered a couple of preliminary snags, which is to be expected in the qualifying process. Mrs. Grawunder though suddenly became impossible to reach. We left numerous messages with her which went unanswered. It was as if we had never contacted her at all. A call which stated what a waste of time and effort that she deemed us to be would have been more respectable than the total disregard and lack of professionalism we experienced and quot;workingand quot; with this lady.
BTW: We went through another Home State agent: John HIghstone who was great, totally professional and effective.
In our second home today.
THANKS JOHN!!! FOR TAKING US SERIOUSLY AND NOT INSULTING US.

Amazing service and great people. On time and did a quality job. I highly recommend to real estate agents and investors who need a crew that can get a property ready for sell or inspection. They went above and beyond. Thanks. -Jeff
Dave is a true professional. He works with his son, and together they make a great team. Dave has a real eye for detail. He was always punctual and he was upfront with pricing. We hired him for a small job but in the end him and his son did most our remodel. I can’t say enough great things...
Dan was amazing. We have bought and sold several houses over the years and have never dealt with such professionalism in a real estate agent. Effortless and seamless. He took care of everything literally.
We recently purchased a house that we thought was "move-in ready," as in we wouldn't have to do any remodling or repairs - within 2 weeks of moving in our septic system failed. A+ took care of all the engineering, permitting, and materials procurement for the job. I should have contracted...

Yes, hiring a real estate agent is worth it. Many homeowners make the mistake of trying to sell their homes by themselves, thinking that they’ll save money on the commission, but what they save on the commission, they very often pay for in frustration and concessions on the sale price. Hiring a real estate agent to handle the sale of your home not only makes the process far easier and takes the burden off of you, but most homeowners get more for their homes when going through an agent because of the marketing and salesmanship they bring to the table.
Real estate agents work on commission, so the cost of hiring an agent will depend on the cost of the home you’re buying or selling. The listing contract should include information about the commission for both agents, which is usually 6 percent of the sale price in total or 3 percent per side. With an average national home value of around $440,000, the typical commission per agent is $13,200. However, you won’t pay this total out of pocket. Instead, the commission comes out of the sale price of the property.
Interviewing real estate agents is the best way to find the right person for the job. Consider asking the following questions to find the best agent for you:
How will you show my property?
Will you do open houses to market my home?
How will you handle dual agency (representing the buyer and you as the seller)?
Should I make repairs to my home before listing?
Will you get professional photos taken of my home?
What is the best price you think we can get for my property?
How long do you expect the sale to take?
You don’t legally need a real estate agent as a buyer, as you can represent yourself, but you should always hire an agent as a home buyer. A professional real estate agent will have access to local MLS services to find homes that meet your criteria and needs, can connect you with other professionals—like a mortgage broker and real estate attorney—you’ll need for the purchase, and can often negotiate a better price for your home to help save you money. Plus, as the buyer, your agent’s commission comes from the seller’s proceeds from the sale of the home.
