It went okay.  I don't believe his comfort level is with Macs but he did the job.  Part of the challenge may be with me as I may not have been clear enough about what I wanted when I contacted him.  That being said, he came straight over and stayed until the job was done.

It worked out well. They got the job done in about 3 hours. The rep told me everything that she was doing and I liked that. She explained things in detail and gave other pointers about how we could handle things the future.
