"Although he was late, due to some scheduling conflicts, it worked in my better interest and schedule for the day. A note important for overall service, but no personal issue for me and my service on 25 May 10. I was thoroughly pleased with the carpet cleaning services rendered by Mr Ellis. He was very personable and likable. A hometown, neighborly friend type of guy. He was quick with his treatment and the results were better than I anticipated.
