"I hired Frank to do a clean up of a rehab house front and backyard, he showed up 2 hours late, and because of weather could only move the bigger equipment , junk,out of the yard. The total cost is $400 since he only get half he asked her $250 instead of 200, so I paid him that, he is supposed to return in one week and never did and did not answer my phone calls at Texas, he showed poor professionalism, and I do not recommend him for any other work on or from Angie's list, thanks John Moreno."

They removed all of my old drip irrigation in my front and back yard, and replaced everything with upgraded materials and more efficient watering emitters. A trench digger machine was used to hasten the project. After all the installations were completed, both yards were cleaned up and the yard gravel was raked. The job was completed in 3 hrs. The whole team was very friendly and easy to work with. The project estimate was very reasonable."
