I hired Frank to do a clean up of a rehab house front and backyard, he showed up 2 hours late, and because of weather could only move the bigger equipment , junk,out of the yard. The total cost is $400 since he only get half he asked her $250 instead of 200, so I paid him that, he is supposed to return in one week and never did and did not answer my phone calls at Texas, he showed poor professionalism, and I do not recommend him for any other work on or from Angie's list, thanks John Moreno.

"One big misunderstanding , Job was 90% junk removal big bulk items 10% raking up years worth of small tiny mesquite leaves/twigs. I had to rescheduled project twice due to monsoon season rain. I went a third time the date was Tuesday July 23 , 20minutes into cleaning it started raining Mr. John asked me to come back at a different date because it would be difficult to pick up small leaves and twigs if the ground was wet I agreed and asked if I could at least remove all junk and come back to finish the raking part at a different date told him I was going on vacation for a week I would be back on July 30."

Frank did an AMAZING job cleaning the over grown weeds in my back yard. He replied super fast & wasted no time coming to give us an estimate. The very next day he was here to do the job. His prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Frank did a great job! We have a large yard that was full of overgrown weeds/grass, debris as well as a tree stump that needed to come out. Frank took care of everything and left the place pristine for a very reasonable price. Hire this guy!
