Anne and her staff spent a fair amount of time on the couch, first laying down tarps so not to get any cleaner on our carpeting. Next they cleaned the entire couch, including the cushions. They then applied a fabric protector on it. Anne also let me know that the paperwork that came with our couch had the wrong cleaning code on it, and pointed out that the correct one was on a label under the cushions. I appreciated her taking the time to do that. Her price came in a bit higher than the other folks I had gotten quotes from (all were on Angie's List), but I went with Anne because I felt that she would do the job right. Given that we spent a fair amount on our couch when we bought it, I wanted to make sure we had someone good working on it - and we weren't disappointed

- World Class Services IncThe owner, Ann, was very professional and gave me realistic forecast for the outcome of her work. She warned me that because the stains were old, she couldn't guarantee perfect results. I was ready to call the reupholstering company to reface 8 dining room chairs with off white seat cushions, as the stains were old ( brownish water damage stains and old cat's revenge stains) and looked hopeless. The cost of that would have been close to $400. I decided to go ahead and use the $100 worth of service purchased through AL. Ann and her team of two women worked for slightly over 2 hours and did an excellent job of removing stains in all chairs with only minor residual on one chair that had repeated water damage from several years ago. Ann not only did an amazing job cleaning all chairs but also gave me the name of the chemical to use in case i wantwd to try to work on my own later on and completely get rid of the old water stain. I would definiytely keep Ann's contact information on file and would highly recommend her to my friends. I was very impressed with the company

- World Class Services IncThe company responded very promptly to my inquiry, and arrived promptly ready to work. Much of the original blood stains had been removed by another provider, but some stains remained and one had occurred because of the previous provider. World Class completely removed the stains on carpet and furniture, and left some special powder to use in case of any remaining stain once the furniture cover had dried. It was not necessary to use the powder b/c World Class had done such a good job of cleaning. I would definitely use this provider again, especially when I wanted very good and deep cleaning of carpet or upholstery

"I visited the office to gather information about availability, price, and scheduling. Walt's daughter Ashley was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was looking to use leather and after getting educated by Ashley, I decided on a recycled leather based on its enhanced durability. Walt's sells recycled leather (and provides complimentary color swatches), but customers are also at liberty to provide their own fabric. Walt's is a family business and various members picked up and delivered the couch and cushions from/to my home. At one point, work was provided on 2 cushions instead of 3, due to a miscommunication. The company quickly remedied the issue at no additional cost, with Walt himself delivering the final product to make sure I was happy with the outcome. These folks are experienced, talented and provide great customer service.

"We bought a fire pit picnic table with six unique chairs about two years ago. The cushions that came with the chairs were so cheap they ripped within the first year of owning the set. Due to the unique shape of the chairs, the cushions were impossible to replace. Disappointed at best, we were about to purchase new chairs that would most likely not match our table when I found Cushion Solutions. After reading the reviews, we decided to not only have them do the cushions for our chairs, we had them make new cushions for our outdoor sectional as well. All we had to do was bring in an old cushion as a template and they did the rest. Everyone at the shop was knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect fabric for our project. "<p>We are still fighting with them to get it right. She doesn't seem to be able to, she's worked hard, she's tried, but my BMW is still in Florida and I have to go down and take it to her again. Then my wife got into an argument I guess. My wife got back last week, trying to get the convertible fixed, and the seat is still not fixed. They dyed it after they put a new leather seat in there, and the dye keeps coming off. Well they made some kind of agreement that when we come back in December, they are going to work on it again. Chrissy she was frustrated I can tell, and so was my wife cause she couldn't get it right, but she was trying. She has a great personality, and I think she did great but she had a lot of problems with it. She gets frustrated, we get frustrated. My wife is not as nice as I am so they get in arguments. I don't think she wants to work on it anymore because she put too many hours in it, and I've put in quite a bit of money too. She's never going to be able to get it right, I'm not sure. But supposedly when we go down in December we are supposed to leave it there for a few weeks. It's down there right now. Hopefully at that time she will have it right. I like her personality wise, she's got a great personality, it's just that she's got to get the job done. Well, she is the only one that will put a convertible top on a sports car in that area that I know of. It's hard to find someone to work on BMW's and she easily took the job, it's just not coming out very well so far. She's trying. I've spent a lot of money, I want to get it done. I say price is fair because parts of BMW are expensive. Responsiveness is a C. She never calls us back to us. We have to get at her all the time. I have to use her there is nobody else down there. </p>
