"Called and spoke to Chris who was very helpful and gave excellent tips regarding my situation.. to make a long story short we purchased a house in a HOA community and after closing we were told by neighbors (on the HOA board) that the roof had a previous violation due to discolor. After speaking with Chris (and given his years of knowledge dealing with HOA's I'm assuming) he said that I should contact my title company given that the seller didn't disclose this to us. Low and behold after a few days of finger pointing the title company cut a check for the full cost of the cleaning! I want to call Chris when purchasing my next house! Seriously, the roof looks great and saved money based on Chris's advice so I would recommend them to friends and family any day of the week! <br />

"He and his team did an AWESOME job. Very nice guy, prompt and delivered what we asked for. He works along side his crew. A few months after he completed the job, we had to get our home tented which resulted in killing some of the landscaping. I called him to let him know that we would like him back to fix the damage that was done from the tenting but it would be a while as we were having our front porch torn up. He was proactive and came by the house to check (with the contractor) to see when the work on our front porch would be complete, so he could get started right away. Although I was not expecting him, I am glad he was proactive and got started. He replaced our damaged plants and re-mulched in a day. We will be using him again in the future, when neededand will recommend him to anyone and everyone. <br />
