- Bath Fitter of St LouisWe had bathfitter install a tub/walls in 2015. The experience was great. Fast forward to November 2022, while cleaning the tub I noticed a crack on the floor of the tub. I called bathfitters to find out if this was covered under the lifetime warranty. They had someone at my home within just a few hours! It was determined the person that installed it measured wrong, there was too much give and thats why it cracked. We set a time for the following week to have him come back to take the cracked one out, remeasure, bring a tub with him to see if it would fit, if not, they'd order the correct one. That would be 2 weeks. And they were ontime. Wanting to come out & install but I needed to reschedule twice. No fault of theirs that it took longer to get the new tub installed. I could not be happier. First install it always bothered me that there wasn't a trim piece along the bottom of the tub, just caulking. This installer said it didn't look right and added the trim. It looks amazing! This is by far the most professional company I've dealt with. Always friendly, never gave me a run around. I would not hesitate to recommend Bathfitters St Louis. And we plan on getting a grab bar added, and someday a walk in shower done. We will be calling Bathfitters to do the job

- Surface Pro LLCLike in a previous review, we had Surface Pro resurface our bathtub. The work looked good at first, but now it has peeled off in several places. Ryan Schirmer said that there would be a 5-year warranty. We are within that period, but he has not replied at all to any of our multiple emails (with pictures)

- Premier Home Design & Remodeling LLCJoe totally remodeled our kitchen in the fall of 2020. We started working on the plans in July 2020. He thoroughly reviewed plans with us, we met several times and he made adjustments until we arrived at a final plan. He ordered cabinets which arrived on time. Demolition began in early November 2020 and the kitchen was 90% complete before Christmas so that we could use it for everyday cooking/eating. What he does well: 1)Communicates well--during the initial planning, we met often and he was always very prepared and communicated any recommendations or concerns he had. 2) Organization: Joe is very organized throughout the entire process. He always had the electricians, plumbers, drywallers, painter, Flooring, and tile work scheduled ahead of time to keep the project running and on time. 3) Workmanship: his workmanship is absolute perfection. From installation of cabinets, moldings, cabinet knobs/handles, everything is installed level and centered. 4) Joe is not a designer but he has access to people that can help him design the kitchen to meet our needs. He lead us through the process and went with us to help pick out countertops and cabinets. Our one significant issue in this kitchen remodel was the vent hood that we selected to go over the range. We were only given two options from the kitchen cabinet company. We went with the lower priced option, which the kitchen cabinet company told us would meet our needs. In the end it did not meet our needs as well as we would have liked. Joe did arrange and schedule a meeting between us and the cabinet distributor and mfgr. It has now been over 6 months since our kitchen was finished and we LOVE it. It is very functional and we have not had any issues that required him to come back and repair
