"Wanted to get a natural fiber rug. Found a discount that they offered on Angie's List. Went to their site, but couldn't decide what I wanted. Eventually purchased 10 samples which went toward my final purchase price. The samples are small so it was still difficult to make a decision, but after overly thinking about it made a selection and placed my order. Got the rug pretty quickly and was overall very pleased. The one draw back is that they don't have a show room so you can't see a full sized rug, just samples.

"I have used Deluxe to clean my Persian-style Karastan carpet for 40 years. I wouldn't trust it to anyone else! They have always done an excellent job, including fringe replacement when needed. "Mr. De Leon's staff arranged to do the job earlier than scheduled due to expected inclement weather. When I arrived home from work Mr. De Leon had already started cleaning the gutters. He unclogged one of the downspouts then finished the job in an expeditious manner and cleaned all dirt that had fallen to the ground. Very professional.

He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress.
