John was very professional over the phone by explaining his rates and how he would perform his worked. He called the day of service as promised to confirm his arrival time and he did arrive on time. He got right down to work, and was done in time anticipated ... AND my carpets look GREAT. Yes, I recommend John if you are looking to have your carpets ceaned.
