This is the third time we hire Topaz and we are very pleased with the results. The Director of Operations, Mr Glenn, came out and gave us an estimate for cleaning a one piece drape that measures approx 10'x33'. Wondering what we were going to do to protect our privacy, we were very pleased when he told us the drape could be cleaned on-site. We scheduled the cleaning and the technician, Jacob, very thorough and took great care to clean the delicate embroidering in the drape material. Last year Jacob cleaned the air duct in our laundry room and he brought the same pride of doing a great job with him. Drape looks beautiful again

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY DID. THEY MADE SURE THAT THEY WERE CLEANED AND NOT RUINED. I HAVE ENCOUNTERED PEOPLE THAT DO NOT TRUST DRY CLEANING COMPANIES WITH THEIR DRAPES BECAUSE THEY GET RUINED, BUT ELDORADO CLEANERS DID A GOOD JOB.

Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner did an okay job. I guess we were satisfied. They did what we paid them to do. The cheaper you go, the worse the job. We would use them again, but they could have done a better job.

I guess you can say that they do a fair job. I have never had any problems with them. I guess that is why I continue to call them. The people are always very nice. I believe that they would move furniture if asked. I never had that issue, but I am sure they would. They are very outgoing people and have always have done a good job. They always tend to get the stains out. If any stains come back, they will be right here to take them away again

"Topaz (Jacob) did a fantastic job cleaning carpets in three bedrooms & closets, hallway, and stairs. I was injured so didn't have time to prepare for the cleaning but Jacob cheerfully moved all the junk off the carpets before cleaning. He spent extra time on the spots where my dog hangs out to ensure the oils from the dog's hair were thoroughly removed. He also cleaned our dryer vent even though the weather was not ideal for doing so. We will continue to use Topaz for any service they offer.

"I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. "The job was done fairly well. They worked quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately there are a number of stains that couldn't be completely removed from the carpet. However, it is much cleaner and the stains are lighter. The whole appointment lasted less than an hour."

"Eric and his crew cleaned, treated stains and deodorized 3,417 sqft. of my carpet. They also repaired several areas where my cat shredded the carpet. There was also a huge bleach stain that was repaired. You can't even tell where the bleach stains were or that my cat ever attacked the carpet.
