tech was wonderful- very focused on task & tried multiple solutions but to no avail. after 3+hours, suggestion was a new hard drive which I ultimately had installed it for half the cost of the $300+ analysis but the techs notes were useful! . I did agree to the hourly fee & let time slip by but in future, would watch the clock better & compare prices b4 hiring.

We were ready to close - Quicken kept asking for more information and required me to do all of the footwork. Don't expect them to lift a finger to help. They won't budge on a requirement. If they want 8 pages instead of 7 - you had better send an extra page. I was told to upload a blank page. I was asked to provide employment verification - had to be on official letter head - COVID no one is in the office - Quicken would not budge. They had to have official letter head. An official email wouldn't work. Then they asked for a further verification from the same official email that they wouldn't accept in the first place or else a verbal response from an official phone number - COVID again. No one is in the office. Set closing date but they did not communicate with Title Company. Already past the contract date and they can't set it up for another week. Original house is sold so HOMELESS. GRRRRR

Click ComputersYesterday my computer from PC laptops started having an issue after 4 1/2 years of having it. (I bought it refurbished so I didn't have a warranty) - Anyhow, I took it to PC laptops for technical support and it was suggested to me by a young man who spent maybe 5 minutes looking into my computer that I needed a new computer. He told me repairing this old one (a computer that was maybe 6 years old and one I use for basic use such as browsing the internet, using word, and checking emails) would be a waste of my money. I was very discouraged when I left PC Laptops and decided I needed someone more experienced to look at my computer. I was fortunate to come across Click Computers yesterday. I read the google reviews and decided to make the call. Michael F. came to my place and resolved the issue with my computer FAST. He was here maybe a total of 30 minutes. Not only is my computer fine, but I didn't lose any data. I am writing this review on the computer he fixed! I am very grateful for Click Computers and will highly recommend them to everyone. I will be buying my new computer from them and will use them as technical support from now on. PC Laptops lost me as a customer today. I needed their help, but instead was told my computer is basically junk and to not bother fixing it and this computer is one of theirs! Unbelievable. They have given me free advice on little things but when I need more help they spend as many hours as necessary to go through things. He responded to my phone calls and called me when he said he would and gave me some tips on how to maintain my computer to keep it performing at optimum speeds.
