We had a different handyman (from a different company) come to do the job, but after 10 minutes on the job said he could not do it by himself, and said it was a two man job. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. DeAndrew Jones, the owner is nothing more than a con-artist. All he did was LIE-LIE-LIE and instead of doing the job for which he was hired, he tried to pad the bill with as many other jobs as he could. I repeatedly told him "No". And he just ignored me and refused to install the tub/shower, the only job for which he'd been hired, until he ran up a bill for jobs I DID NOT WANT HIM TO DO. He bullied me into filing a claim with my insurance company - hoping to get more money out of me. Then for 10-13 days, he strutted around my house like he owned it, and held hostage the shower/tub project - while he did jobs I repeatedly told him "I did not need or want done yet or now". It was like having criminals or terrorists in my house. For 13 days - he showed up 5-6 hours late or not at all and he NEVER FINISHED THE JOB I PAID HIM AND HIS TEAM TO DO. This ******* made my life a living ****. Hire him at your own risk. Every day he promised I'd have my tub/shower installed that day. He strung it out for 13 days! I finally fired him, and contacted attorneys in my family to get him to leave. There is no way that these people don't have criminal records or that Angie's List certified them as 'legitimate'. The next time you want to get rogered with your pants on - hire this idiot!
