- Pool & Patio Center, Inc.We were immediately greeted by Kevin when we walked in the door. We told him what we were looking for and he gave us our options. He was not pushy when we told him we needed to think about it. We decided to go for it and went back the following week and ordered the pool. The installer came to our home a few days later and measured the yard and scheduled the install. The installation from Riken Construction went smoothly. Rick had actually suggested a different route to take with the electrical that would save the integrity of our small yard while saving us about $600 from him digging the trench. It was nice to deal with an honest contractor. The yard was a project after the install but they prepare you beforehand. You will have to landscape! The pool looks beautiful. The owner Annette and Manager Greg were extremely responsive and gladly answered my millions of questions and never made me feel like I was bothering them. There were a few adjustments that were made after the installation and the service team was respectful and professional

- Oasis PoolsWe wanted a simple but non-standard pool. We used Oasis because a neighbor had a good experience with them the year before. Ed is very easy to work with, did not discourage any ideas, and worked with us to make sure we got the pool we wanted, and within budget. Once underway, the project proceeded fairly smoothly and quickly. The Oasis staff is very skilled and friendly. Their fencing subcontractor was excellent. The pool deck subcontractor less so but their work was sufficient. We ran into a few land-related snags during excavation, which we eventually resolved (at an unavoidable added expense). One main reason Oasis was appealing to us was because Ed was the single point of contact for everything. Other contractors require you to hire someone else to do the pool deck and fence on your own, but Oasis took care of that and included all of it in their quote. And, if we had an issue with anything, we could call Ed and he would handle it. Technically, their quote is what we paid. We added a few things along the way and paid extra for those, which was fair. We have had the pool for a few years now. Since then, they have been back to open and close the pool each year, very routine. One year we had an in-pool light malfunction. It was a big deal to do but they replaced it with no fuss. We have called them with various maintenance questions over time and they've been very responsive. Overall, very professional

I would recommend this company again. The owner not only was very concerned about the welfare of my family. He was also meticulous about seeing that the follow up work was done properly, and in a timely manner. I would use this company again

I've had him continue to come back and do odds and ends as needed. He showed up the next day for the repair work right in the height of pool season, which is highly unusual because typically you have to wait a month or two. He might be the best one to get because he does a number of different things above and beyond home improvement like stamped concrete, asphalt, and masonr
- Pool & Patio Center, Inc.After going to a few pool stores, really liked the people at Pool and Patio. They were knowledgeable and offered cost saving options. I felt good after ordering my pool. But they sub-contract the installation. While in the end the installation was fine there were some annoyances. One was they had to dig up the old support blocks, think patio blocks. But then just left them all over the place. Second, it was a young crew and I think they were having too much fun with the bobcat. The tracks took off the top portion of a small section of the asphalt driveway. This happens from quick acceleration. I complained about it to Pool and Patio but the person handling this was quite unsympathetic. That is why I rate professionalism and responsiveness as a D. Based on the sales people I would rate them as A's. Overall I still gave them a B. While I won't use them again (as there will not be anymore pools) I would still recommend checking them out
- Dynasty Gunite poolsI don't even think they did got a building permit. Since they installed it in 2009, in addition to the leak, the heater has also gone out, and the light has gone out and had to be replaced several times. They said they had installed the wrong one the first time and would replace it for $1000. They have been out numerous times to try and repair these issue. Jason, has been very unprofessional, particularly when I last contacted him. They had used inferior products and inexperienced sub-contractors. I'd hate to have anyone else go through what I've been through with them

"Our experience with South Shore Gunite was excellent. A renovation of our pool was needed. All coping stones and tiles were replaced, the bridge between the spa and the pool was rebuilt and the top stair was refinished. A gasket on the pump was replaced and a Vacless Safety Vacuum Releast System was installed. Multiple crews came to our house to work on the pool and everyone was very professional. Communication with Brenda in the office was excellent.

"Ray is extremely knowledgeable, and quot;growing upand quot; with the above ground/vinyl liner pools. He was the only installer that would take the job. Others declined because we didn't purchase liner with them. However when this happens again, I will order/purchase liner through Ray.
<br /> Removal and installation occurred within week of initial call because we had replacement liner. Three man crew arrived on Saturday morning to remove and install without incident. Ray returned to check on filling Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning to insure liner was stretching properly. All was good!
<br /> Unfortunately within days of the pool filling, liner sprung a substantial leak. Ray returned within hours of our early morning call. Quickly patched (underwater). Nothing incorrect with install, the inferior quality of the liner we chose. Seam just let go.
