    Terrific! My 5 blinds were picked up on Monday, and rehung on Thursday, all right at the time promised. Communication was great. And the blinds look like new. These window coverings are good quality, about 15 years old, and were not noticeably dirty. But with new windows being installed it seemed a good time to get the dust out of them. We live in Battle Ground, so some distance from Portland--not all companies will come up here. It was a perfect experience! I would absolutely recommend them.     I had such a wonderful experience with this company. My blinds hadn’t been cleaned in over 10 years. There were years of dust, food, and dirt that I had tried to remove myself. But I was unsuccessful. I was going to purchase new blinds but somehow I found out about companies that clean blinds. I went to yelp and found that Oregon Blind & Window Cleaning had really good ratings. I was a little nervous because I didn’t think my blinds could be cleaned. The whole experience was so unexpected. I had the best customer service the whole way through. They were extremely professional. They came prepared with gloves, masks and booties. If anyone is thinking they need to replace their blinds please go to Oregon Blind & Window Cleaning first. They will not only save you the hassle of finding replacement blinds but they will also save you money. I am forever grateful and so happy to have found them.     My 14 year old silhouette blinds needed cleaning. I wasn't sure whether they would hold up. I checked the Hunter Douglas website and learned that injection/extraction cleaning was recommended for the type of blind I have. The website listed Alko. I called and left a message, Memo got back to me quickly, We set up an appointment to determine if the blinds were in good enough shape to clean. Memo determined they were good to go and explained the technique. He quoted me a price that was similar to another company that would have been using a non recommended technique. He was willing to make a second trip back to pick them up so that I would be without window covering for less time but I told him to go ahead and take them. He actually got them back to me more quickly than I had anticipated and they look great. I highly recommend Alko and Memo is a very pleasant person to deal with
