- Patete Kitchens & Bath Design CenterFabulously!! My wife and I have used Patete Kitchen and Bath Design for over 30 years. During that time, we have had two bathrooms and our kitchen completely remodeled. The professionalism and expertise of Patete's work staff is first rate. They are perfectionists when it comes to detail, and they get the job done right....the first and only time. Recently, we noticed that our kitchen refrigerator was getting old and needed to be replaced. The problem was that a shelf in a cabinet that was installed nearly 25 years ago was too low for a new refrigerator that we wanted to buy to replace our old refrigerator. We called Patete, explained the problem, and within a short period of time, Wayne came out to look at the cabinet to see if it could be modified to enable a new, taller refrigerator to fit the space. About a week and a half later Keith came to our home to remove the cabinet and take it back to Patete's cabinet shop to be modified. In fact, when we saw Keith, he remembered working on our kitchen all those years ago. A few weeks later, I again spoke with Wayne, and he told me that the cabinet modification was complete and that Keith would contact us and reinstall the cabinet. Sure enough, on schedule, Keith arrived and within an hour, he installed the new, modified cabinet, and it was a perfect fit above our new refrigerator. Both Wayne and Keith have been members of the Patete team of craft experts for decades, and their wealth of experience showed on this job. Hats off to Steve Erenrich for his help in making the purchase and installation of our new refrigerator a reality and a pleasant experience

"Tyler did a great job on our drywall repair and repainting. The patches are smooth and blended in. His communication was consistently good through the project, and he was reliable. Tyler respected our space very well and was easy to talk to. Scheduling was easy and straight forward. We did recommend to him to tape of work areas when hes working on other drywall projects. He did keep his workareas tidy and cleaned up as much dust as he could. We have some other home improvement projects that we'll ask him to tackle for us later this year.

"MAJOR repairs needed to be made to the entire right side of my car, which was damaged in an accident. I was told it would take about 7 business days, but after disassembling the car, they found more extensive damage. On that 7th day, I received an email informing me of the extra damage, and saying that it would take longer to repair. No estimate of time for the extended job was given. I got my car back 3 weeks later (18 business days). Considering the damage, I was not surprised at the time it took. Plus, I think they were very busy at that time. However, communication regarding the return of my vehicle could have been a little better. I was the one initiating contact. The finish date kept getting pushed back, but George in the shop was great about promptly returning my e-mails. The quality of the work, though, was worth the wait. I cannot tell where the damage was, and the paint job is phenomenal. (I'm a very particular person, too.) George had indicated that quality of work was their highest priority. After driving my car for a week or so, I noticed two very minor items that needed to be adjusted. Kollinger did not hesitate to check them out and fix them quickly. (They were simple tweaks.) Kollinger helped arrange a rental car for me while they had my car, so dropping off and picking up was a breeze. The people there are not warm and fuzzy, but they are polite, professional and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them and go back if I need auto body work. I can't imagine getting better service and quality job than I got here.
