Tom was great to work with. Our microwave stopped heating, and not only did Tom replace the part that was broken, he knew about service bulletins on our model and replaced a circuit board and the main control panel. So, with a month to go on our parts warranty, we got everything fully up to date, with over a thousand dollars worth of parts for the just the cost of the labor. During that visit, I mentioned a problem we were having with our Samsung Refrigerator, ice was forming under the vegetable drawers. Tom knew what was causing it right away, and knew the solution. He came back a week later with a new drainage kit and fixed the issue. Tom's extensive knowledge and pride in his work make him one of the best home maintenance professionals I've had the pleasure to work with.

It was ok. They completed the work, but it broke back down and I had called them for another estimate, and he has never been back to me with the estimate.They were supposed to get back to me with an estimate, but they never did. They did some work for me intially, that was done and fine and everything. Then a month after, it broke down again, and they were supposed to give me an estimate because there was an underlying condition that needed to be taken care of. I got rid of the refridgerator. It broke down again and he was supposed to give me an estimate, and he never did get back with me, and I talked to another couple people and it was definitely get the refridgerator replaced. Price was about normal. I would probably use them again. They did good work, I didn't have any probem with the work that they did. They got back to me pretty quick on the initial call. They came earlier, they gave me a 3 hour time window, and they came way before that. He was in and out with the work. Pretty good experience, they got back to me with the estimate for the initial service.

The problem was fixed and the refrigerator is working well.
