  • Graydie Welding

I wasn’t going to give Graydie Welding a bad review because I didn’t want to hurt their business, however, after reading what Brian wrote about me on Facebook defaming me and all of the replies, I felt it necessary to let everyone know what really happened. Two weeks prior to the front railing getting installed I had my porch and walkway completely rebuilt at a cost of almost $15,000. I had hired them to do my front and rear railings. The front would be done first followed by the rear a month later. When they installed the front railing, they ruined my brand-new concrete porch because they did not take all of the necessary precautions to protect it, even though I voiced my concern a few times about the burns on the concrete and Michael said it would come out with water. Even when it came time to painting, I asked Michael not to direct the spray can down where it would get on the concrete and he said he wouldn’t do that and only uses the spray can for getting underneath the top of the railing; that was a lie because I saw him on my RING camera (I guess they didn’t realize I had cameras) directing the spray can down towards the concrete and went outside immediately to ask him not to do that. The next day I reached out to Amy about the damage and provided these pictures and told her this is the damage caused by their negligence and you can see this damage on the entire porch & stairs. After she spoke with Brian, she said Brian wanted to make things right by refunding me all of my money and asked to be given the opportunity to get the stains out. I was at a loss for words because first I never even mentioned wanting any money back, I just wanted it fixed. So, I asked her if she was sure and she said yes that Brian wanted to make things right and refund me all of my money. I was extremely surprised and grateful. Also, Amy came out with Curtis and they tried to remove all of the stains as best as possible but there were a few that still would not come out and I have them covered with potted plants. I was so moved and impressed by the accountability they had taken only for them to leave an extremely bad taste in my mouth a month later when the back railing was supposed to be installed. After the debacle with the front railing, I had made sure they would still be doing the rear railing at the price originally quoted and even removed the existing railing and had the necessary bricks replaced, at Brian’s request, 2 weeks prior to the rear railing being installed. The day the rear railing was to be installed; Amy advised Brian and Michael would be coming out to do the install. I saw Brian drive up, take pictures, and then drive away. Next thing I get is a phone call from Amy saying that Brian was there and that Brian said he will not install the rear railing because he felt I took advantage of him!?!?! When I asked Amy, who met me in person and we’ve spoken numerous times over the phone, if I ever gave the impression that I was taking advantage of Brian or asked for any money back, she said no. I then told her that Brian now put me in a worse situation because I would have never removed my existing rear railing if I knew he had no intention to install the new one. Then to add further insult to injury, Amy called me a 2nd time to say that Brian said he will only do the rear railing if I give him the money back for the front railing minus $1,000 first. Are you kidding me?!?!? At that point, I decided not to have them do anything else for me. Then I received a 3rd call telling me that Brian will install the rear railing for me but I would have to wait a week. I told them thank you, but no thank you because now I didn’t trust them and didn’t want anything else to do with them. So, I would like to point out how first, I’m falsely accused of taking advantage. Then he changes his mind and said he’ll do the work if I give him the money back minus $1000. Then he changes his mind a third time and said he will do the work. I would also like to point out that upon further inspection of the work done, I also discovered the spokes are not evenly spaced out, the bottom spoke that runs all along the railing is the wrong type of spoke to have used, & parts of the top spoke have bends in them. So, in conclusion, would you want to do business with Graydie Welding????? If you do, GOOD LUCK

Joe responded promptly to my purchase of the Big Deal. Upon his arrival and after looking at what needed to be done, Joe discouraged me from purchasing new gates and told me he could easily repair both of them. I appreciated his steering me away from the more costly solution. He adjusted one of the gates and spot welded the bottom bar on another gate, allowing it to swing open and closed easily. Joe was great to work with and I would definitely use him again

I cannot say enough about the work Mike did in repairing my split rail posts and gates. When I called Liberi Fence to inquirer about an estimate for my repairs, Mike was at my house 20 minutes later. He gave me a very fair price and scheduled the work in less than a weeks time. On the day of the scheduled work, he kept in constant contact with me as to when he would arrive. He was on time and began the work right away. Upon completion, he went over with me all the work that he had done and cleaned up any debris and graded out any extra soil. The repairs look great and Mike did offer to come back to install springs if I could not do them myself. Overall, he did an excellent job and I would recommend him for any work in the future

Mike and his team worked with us this the right fence for what we needed. He gave a fair estimate, which matched the price we paid. His team came out in freezing cold weather performed in job in one day. The gates were installed as they had to be custom ordered, and they fit perfectly. The team was very clean and packed up all the debris, and didn't tear up the lawn and garden. The fence itself is solid as a rock, and it isn't going anywhere. There was an unavoidable gap between the fence and the house (a foundation footing), and Mike fashioned a separate post welded to the main gate post. Because an old tree had wrapped itself around our old post in the corner of the yard, they managed to take take the time and cut away part of the side of the old tree and actually jacketed the new post over the old post. Very effective, and you can't tell. That saved us a lot of time and money. Overall, the job was done on time, under budget and as promised. Our yard has taken on a whole new dimension. Mike Liberi and his team take great pride in their work, are VERY good communicators, and don't leave you hanging or waiting. they showed up. worked all day and no down time. We can unreservedly recommend Liberi Fence LLC. You won't be sorry
