"The team arrived on on time, removed the old steel framed basement windows an replaced them with new, Energy Star Hopper Style windows very efficiently and without making an undue mess. The unavoidable debris was removed before they left. While that was being done, the casement window was installed , again with great efficiency and very little disruption. The men were pleasant and happy to answer any questions I had. I was very pleased with the work they did. "It went better than I could ever have hoped. My home was new construction and I'd only lived in for five months. I was heartbroken and sure it could never look the same. I'm happy to be able to say that Paul fully restored everything. You can't even tell that anything happened. I appreciated in particular the time and effort he put into matching the flooring with painstaking exactness. The area has an open floorplan and I was very concerned that the floor match. "Highly recommend! Our experience with Funari was fantastic from beginning to end. Our basement was flooded with 6” of water while we were out of town, and because of the nature and extent of damage we decided to hire a public adjuster rather than try to navigate the insurance claim on our own. We are SO glad we did. Funari immediately sent an agent, Bryant, to our home – same day! – to assess the damage and explain the whole process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took plenty of time to answer all our questions, making it clear there was no obligation to move forward. This was our first experience with a public adjuster, so we weren’t sure if agreeing to pay them a percentage of our settlement would be a smart decision financially. It turns out it was the best decision we could have made. I don’t have the knowledge or experience to comb through and analyze every line item of an insurance proposal, nor the personality type to negotiate with the insurance company to ensure we are getting all the compensation to which we’re entitled under our policy. Chris Funari and his team do this all day every day, so we’re very glad we had the benefit of their expertise. They handled EVERYTHING for us – all communications with the water mitigation team, all communications and several negotiations with the insurance company – everything. Gabby and Kelly in the office were always extremely organized, attentive, patient, friendly, helpful, on-point – everyone we dealt with was fantastic. By the end of the process we ended up getting two additional significant payouts we never would have received without Funari on our side.
