Prompt, professional, reasonably priced....what more can you ask for. Corey answered the phone when I scheduled the work. He walked me through the steps and processes. They were executed exactly as he described. Dennis came out and performed the work. What can I say....that guy is a rock star! Carpet and window treatment were cleaned with ease and look amazing. Couch no longer smelled like an old dog and looks great also. They did not disappoint from start to finish. Can't say enough good things about them really. I mailed drape to PetPeePee Oriental rug, Drapery Urine Odor Removal in my own box. However, he had offered to ship me a box to mail it to him, but I was in a hurry so I decided to ship it on my own. They guaranteed they’d be able to remove cat urine. They did! The drapery itself had been stiff with urine and odor. He promised it would be odor free and the fabric would be as soft as it had been before, and that it would not shrink. He certainly fulfilled his promises. He shipped it back within a week, and it was placed neatly inside the box. It was quite a nice business transaction and was a good experience. I would definitely use him again, should I need his services

Michael did an outstanding job. He did everything on site. He was thorough and very detailed about cleaning everything very carefully. He was very careful to put items on a covering so floors were protected. We have a large home and the price was fair with all of the items to be dry cleaned and vacuumed. Some of the fabrics were delicate and he was very careful with these and dry cleaned very well. He removed all cornices from the wall and vacuumed and drycleaned all sides and tops thoroughly. He also took down all venetian blinds and took them to a disposal site for us. He ventilated the vacuum so nothing was released into the house. He didn't miss an inch. He also specializes in cellular shades for cleaning on site. We highly recommend him and will definitely use his service again
