They provided a rough estimate over the phone and scheduled a time for a someone to come to my home and measure the window and provide a more precise estimate (they were able to schedule the home visit for a few days in the future and were able to schedule the work for one week in the future). The representative that measured my windows was very professional and helpful. They left a sample of the product to aid in my decision regarding which level of tinting to use. The installers that performed the work were also very professional and courteous. They did a superior job and I couldn't be more pleased with the window tinting. I am looking forward to utilizing their services again when we are ready to have more windows in our home tinted. I would highly recommend their services to a friend or family member

Used drop cloths under the windows and returned every piece of furniture to its original position. - D & R Pro TrimThey were a little difficult to locate online, which is why I am writing this review. Hopefully it will help others. We recently bought a western exposure ranch style home with some decorative arch windows and transoms. By 3pm the entire front of the house was so hot, and remained hot with a terrible glare until the sun set. We were forced to close all drapes and installed black sheets over the arches and transoms. Miserable. In our prior Texas home, we had tinted the windows using a 3M dealer, and we were very happy with those results, so I set out to look for a 3M provider here near OKC. I finally found D & R through the 3M website and told them what we needed. They were able to give me a 'rough' estimate over the phone, and scheduled a home visit within days. They brought several options for the storm door, since I didn't know what I wanted on that, and were able to give me some insight about each product so that I could choose the best option for us, balancing privacy and heat reduction without the super-shiny reflective surface that we did not want.On the install day, a team of two arrived early (they had called to see if that was okay)- it did not take them long to get all the windows done, replacing blinds and other curtains and cleaning up after themselves as well. We could tell a difference within hours. Our total sq.ft was 108, but tricky because of the arches and transom. Fast, efficient service by professional, polite team. I would absolutely refer them for residential window tinting

"Scott came out the same day I called. He had planned to come out the next day to install a new opener but we had to wait until one of his vendors got a new opener available. This was right after the huge freezing storm and apparently lots of people had issues with their garage door openers. He came out just a couple of days later and installed the new opener . He also adjusted the other opener. He did a great job. Will definitely call on him again!

"We called Duncan Glass and Mirror on a Monday or Tuesday and ended up having our window fixed within a week, which was fantastic. We could not be more pleased with how fast everything happened, even though we did get a bit lucky that they found a window so quickly.
<br /> Once we contacted Duncan Glass and Mirror, they were able to come out the same day to measure, which took about 5 minutes total for our single window. I believe they then came back with a quote that we agreed to. A few days later they called and asked if they could install it that day, which we were happy with. Duncan Glass and Mirror was really responsive and easy to talk to over the phone. They showed up when they said they would.
<br /> One note on the price; I did not price shop. So I have no idea what other contractors would charge for the same work, but I thought this project would be quite a bit more expensive than it was.

<br /> Kayla came out and gave me an estimate...she was very professional and explained about the different tinting options for the look and performance I wanted to achieve. She followed up with a review email and I also got a reminder email the day before my appointment. Their customer service is really on point.
<br /> So, they were running early and they called to see if they could come out early and of course I said yes. The guys came out and did a great job on my windows...they look fantastic and (hopefully) will block those UV rays and most of the summer heat!
