"This is the 2nd time we've used them. Very pleased with the salesman, plumbers, and technician. And very pleased with the results. Not pleased with the price.
Their plumbing company, Water Works, came out first. Both plumbers looked professional, were polite, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves.
The Bath Fitter technician came out next. He was on time, neat in appearance, polite, and cleaned up after himself. He remodeled our shower stall and it looks great.
Now the negative: Both times I've used Bath Fitters, I got an estimate and then waited til about a year later to have the work done when I had some money put aside, and by that time, each time, the new estimate, which they have to do, was significantly higher. The cost for just remodeling the shower stall alone was $4980, almost double my original estimate. The only explanation they give is that "their manufacturer has frequent price increases". That being said, my advice is to be ready to make a down-payment and sign the paperwork the day you have them come out to give an estimate. If you wait too long, they have to do another estimate, and it will be higher. Also know it takes about 6 weeks for the materials to come in.
Overall, though, I do recommend them. They are professional and do great work, and it's done in 2 days.
