We had a long-time crack in the floor of the shower stall in our rent house. We thought we'd have to replace the whole thing, but I called Roger and he explained to me in detail the repairing process. I know nothing about fiberglass shower stalls, so a lot of his explanation was honestly lost on me, but I felt comfortable that he knew what he was talking about. He was a little hard to nail down on a time to come make the repair and he didn't always call me back exactly when he said he would, but it was certainly no worse than other contractors I've worked with. He was always very nice. Once he committed to the date and time, he stuck with it and even arrived a few minutes early. The job took him exactly the amount of time he said it would. When he was done, the shower stall looked like new; I couldn't even tell where the crack had been. I definitely recommend you contact him before having an otherwise good fiberglass shower or tub replaced.

Called Roger about an estimate for refinishing bathtub. He quoted $325. After he got there he said that he could repair it and not have to refinish the whole tub. He repaired the bad area and it looks great. Only charged $200.

This was the first time I had used their services. The job went well. I had called around for some quotes. They were on Angie's List and had good referrals so I went with them. They came when they said they would and cleaned up afterwords. It was a smooth process.

I contacted Roger on April 2nd and explained that we had a crack in the floor of a one-piece fiberglass shower and would like to have it repaired. We agreed for him to come by and take a look on April 6th. After Roger looked at our shower, he showed us that the problem was actually the fact that there was no support for the shower floor other than the drain itself. The original builders had installed the shower without building up any support for the floor. This was causing the floor to move up and down on the drain when weight is applied. Roger indicated that he could repair the existing crack but the floor would continue to crack unless we did something about the support. He explained several options. We decided on an option where small pieces of the shower floor are removed, support is built up under the floor, and then the entire shower floor is repaired. Roger and his son came by on April 12th to complete the work. They were at our home for around 5 hours total. The end product was a sturdy shower floor free of cracks. We were very happy with the end product and felt they did a great job.

Roger was very informative regarding the process he uses as well as alternative methods available. He advised as to what steps he would recommend we take prior to starting his work and provided a quote that was right on the money. He set an appointment date/time and met his commitment. He did great prep work taking care to protect my new tile and fixtures. I am more than pleased with the results and would recommend him to anyone needing a repair or resurface of their tub, sink, countertop, shower or mechanical repair on a whirlpool tub, as he offers all of these services.
