Awful. We had Miracle Method come out to a property to refinish the tub. They came quick, apparently there was a job cancellation. We recently had all of the plumbing replaced, before they refinished the tub. The installer said it was required that I replace the drain assembly, (it was brand new) to get him to move forward, I agreed. He goes about doing his refinish. Great. A week later I go back to the property. He never came back to finish cleaning up, the drain was never replaced, and all of the trim for the shower were left laying about. Then I started looking at the tub. They never sanded down the surface. Now I have the texture from the old non-slip flowers on the bottom of my tub. The quality of work and the care for the client are not a priority with this company.

"Quality of work for the client has always and always will be a priority. The 4 and 5 star reviews we have along with the 91 Google reviews we have will back this up. This was an empty house and when we returned to install the drain kit and put hardware back on, the lock box code that we had did not work anymore and [Member Name Removed] did not return our calls. This tub in particular had stick on slip resistant surface and had been there probably 40-50 years. Once removed and sanded down, they appeared to all be gone. Once we applied our coatings and had the tub looking brand new again, there was one by the drain that when the light hit it, you could still see the outline of it where it has etched the tub over the years. We have text messages in which we tried to schedule for the owner to come take a look at and/or get a technician to address the issue. Never received a text or phone call back. Months have gone by and still no call back, nor has the gentlemen paid for the job. We were hoping that he would let us fix the issue or at least pay for a fraction of the job since 98% of the tub looks fantastic. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and would still like to get this tub looking spectacular for whomever buys this very nice remodeled home."
