The Shine Spotless owner "never" showed up. The day before (through regular communication via text messages), she definitely agreed to take the job for 2 days (Saturday and Sunday) to help pack for moving. She said that she would be here Saturday "early morning" and Sunday "anytime." This was agreed. She finished off by asking about payment, asked for my address, and if I had pets? We replied that she already has the address from the original post, we do not have any pets and that payment for the job will be made through the Angi website. Lastly, we asked her if she has any other questions can she list them in one text which we will answer on my next break. We have text message which confirm "all" of these facts. 9:18AM and no responses to our "Good morning. What time will you arrive this morning?" which was sent at 7:43AM (early morning as Shine Spotless suggested) and a 2nd message "Hello???" which was sent at 9:04AM. Angi corporate was contacted at this point to try to get in touch with the company. No luck with that so we called the number from all of the text messages. The owner seemed to be sleeping when we called as if we were bothering her when she was supposed to be here doing business (packing.) From the sound of it, she appeared to be sleeping. Hung up the phone on us and then replied back with text message excuses why she was not here. There were 2 red flags: 1.) She said, via text, that she likes payment same day, yet asked why she hasn't received a payment? ??? She never mentioned any "advanced payment" the day before, so this leads to be an "excuse" for not showing up and oversleeping. Yet, she did ask other questions like did we have a pet. 2.) She asked for our address, yet, our home address for the job was located on the original communication, which is how she responded to our job inquiry in order to send us the text message to confirm taking our job. Never use again

This was the very best Big Deal we have ever purchased. We heard back promptly from the provider, accepting the date we requested. On the day our service person, Frank, arrived on time. As he arrived I was outside starting to remove Christmas lights from the shrubbery. He immediately stepped in and insisted on finishing the job, handing me the lights all separated and neatly rolled in a storage box, and then started on our very messy and neglected garage. I had worried that he would take one look and refund my money, but he assured us that he had seen much worse. He went right to work, removing just about everything except a couple of file cabinets we had told him to leave in place. He took done the curtains as soon as the space was cleared so I could wash all the old dead bugs and spider webs off. He swept out the whole thing, opened and cleaned the windows and even brushed the walks and ceiling. We had left over boards and shingles which he bundled up for disposal. Luckily our trash had just been picked up so we were able to refill both the trash and recycle bin. We also identified a big pile of stuff for donation. I would not have thought it possible to get everything out and then clean thoroughly and finally to organize everything within the allotted time but he did it easily. And he is a genius at organization. I have storage shelves along one whole wall. I thought those shelves were full but was delighted with the way he arranged everything so we had apparently more space. So we started with a two car garage with room just barely for one car. And when he finished we could have put another small car in there even with all the lawn and garden equipment in there. We are so pleased that we have had to go out and look at it several times. I plan to hire him back on a regular basis. He is a miracle worker

I cant say enough about the transformation that was done by the service. My garage had been the ba in of my existence ever since we bought the home 10 years ago. As most of you know when you first move in you have a lot of boxes that you don't know where to go, so you put it in the garage, thinking that you will get them sometime. Over time, the garage becomes the place that collects everything. No matter how hard we tried, how many time we tried, how many arguments we had over it, or how many weekends we wasted, we could never get it straighten up and cleaned. You have to understand how bad it was. We would never leave the garage door opened because we were ashamed of the mess, we could barely get to the refrigerator or freezer, and had one small walk way out. It was so bad, that I fully expected that I would need to purchase an additional 6 hours of service. I had hoped the service would finally let me get ahead of the mess. It did so much more...... Get this, I can actually park a car in my garage, Imagine that. This was the best money I ever spent, and well worth the cost

first, i had a lot of stuff just piling up along the back floor of the garage. (i don't have an organizational shelving system....yet.) there were spider webs in all the corners and on all our stuff, plus a generalized built-up thin layer of soot. Frank arrived within the stated time frame. after a quick discussion of my requests, he went to work. i graded quality a "B" only because i had to provide the garage floor cleaning solution. the job took him just over 4 hours to complete. throughout, he was always courteous, respectful, and considerate. during the walkthrough, i was impressed with his organizational skills, sorting things in ways i didn't think of. if Frank is representative of Limpio's work ethic, then you can't go wrong with their services. It took a while to coordinate our schedules in order to get the job done. However, once schedules were aligned, the crew arrived at the appointed time, was pleasant and did a fabulous job in totally cleaning the garage. Every item was removed from the garage, walls were dusted for dust, spider webs and all the stuff that a garage harbors. Floors were swept and mopped, windows and ledges were cleaned. Once completely cleaned, all items were moved back into the garage. It's the cleanest garage we've had since moving in the house. Great job
