Flying Colors Roofing and PaintersWe were concerned about the approach the prior owners in our house took to keep the roof updated. We weren't off base as they did some very "interesting" patch work. Steve and his team were nothing short of incredible. He has maintained our roof for a few years prior to the time in which we did the full job a month ago. It's hard to find contractors who are responsive, transparent, and communicate well. Steve and his team did all of those things very well. The whole job took 3 days even though it required some more work than initially anticipated. I honestly can't say enough good things about Steve and his team and they have completely earned my trust. I will be a repeat customer for years to come as he is a great guy, treats his employees and customers well, and the passion for his business shines through in all his interactions. Thanks again for making the roof replacement uneventful and low stress.- David N.

When I called them to book, I let them know that I had another lawn person who was unresponsive and stopped showing up. I explained that we need a leaf clean up and cut and then maybe up to two cuts after, because we were putting our house on the market, but when we move to our new house I would consider using them too. I was assured when booked that they didn't work like that they didn't work like that, and that they would get back to me. The initial leaf clean and lawn cut went well. Lawn looked nice and they stayed late to finish the job, however, one of the workers was on the phone a lot and standing by the truck while the other was working. I tipped them in addition to the price for the leaf clean up and cut job, which was not cheap. A comment was made of tip amounts that were given by other clients for their good service. It felt awkward, but, I was trying to figure out if this was going to be a good working business/client relationship, so I let it go. Called & texted them to schedule the lawn cutting after. They said they would be there the next week. Friday of that week came along with no visits and I wanted to let them know that we were having an open house on that Sunday and would appreciate if they could come before that. They texted me that they would try to get to me late afternoon that day. After that, they never came. They never responded to my texts, even when I texted again to ask if they would please let me know if I have to find someone else to do the lawn upkeep, no response.

bathroom regrout I’m adding to my previous review. Jose stated he asked that the shampoos be removed because he did not “touch people’s things”. However, when I got home from work my bath mats were moved. I inquired about who moved them and was informed they were moved by Jose and/or his workers. So he did not want to touch my shampoos but moved my bat mats to put down his materials needed for the job.

I called for a repair to my daughter's roof. The room with the wet sheetrock has a cathedral ceiling with no attic access to determine the source of the leak. Steve inspected the roof section and suggested that the wetness was due to condensation. Vents were installed and small section of roof was replaced at a very reasonable cost. I can't comment on the other ratings outside of saying that they were a long time ago. Pachi just completed an addition onto our home and we couldn't be happier. The old space was too tight and things look fantastic now. He was able to reuse our windows and screen to cut down on some expense and honored every aspect of his bid despite a truly massive spike in lumber prices. He managed all the subs who were each highly professional and did a great job. We took the opportunity to level the backyard and put in a small retaining wall to improve water flow during heavy rain (a problem in the past), redid our patio, and updated the front steps and walk. Throughout each step, Pachi keep things moving and kept us informed. When we had questions, he was just a text message away. As you can see, the room came out beautifully. The whole house feels larger and moving the garage door out of our family room not only made the existing room more balanced but it also gave us more space in the garage and a small mud room. We absolutely love the new space. As the construction occurred in during the summer of COVID, he limited traffic in and out of the house to only the minimum and everyone was always masked.
