One Call Home Team LLC1. I called to make an appointment, their estimate was Free and their estimated price guaranteed. 2. I received an email confirming the appointment day and time 3. A few days later, we got a service reminder post card with a funny fish 4. On the day of our appointment the contractor called to let us know he was on his way. And he was on-time. 5. Our project was large, and several days later, we received an impressive estimate by email (it was very clear about what was included and what was not included) 6. We added a few things and took other things off - that changed the price and subsequent estimate was sent to us a few days later. 7. Our final estimate was mailed to us, the old fashion way, using the USPS. 8. other companies submitted estimates to us too, some higher, some lower, but none as impressive in presentation or thoroughness as from this company. 9. We took our time making our decision and felt best about One Call Home Team. No regret for our choice. 10. Once our mind was made up, it took a few weeks to get on their schedule. 11. An agreement was emailed to us (basically the final estimate, with a few changes) and a few days later another reminder post card. 12. As scheduled, they arrived, right on time, to start our building project. 13. The main contractor was on site the entire first few days and routinely after that. 14. As the project went along, we were kept updated by email, sometimes daily, with things such as inspection completion, weather delays,Q & A's, etc. Changes (with work and price) were documented and confirmed by email too. 15. As they were due and according to our agreement, invoices were emailed to us and copies snail mailed. 16. The toughest part was agreeing on floor plans, colors, styles, fixtures, flooring etc. But our contractor made this as easy as possible with suggestions of where to look and what things should cost.- LaBreeska H.

Grillo StuccoThe entire project was accomplished in approximately five days and was finished as promised. Grillo Stucco Company had plenty of scaffolding to do this job. They also had adequate crewing (3 to 6 workers) to do the work as scheduled. With more than five years of experience as a company, they had worked many larger and smaller jobs and understood the work requirements. After erecting the scaffolding and finishing taping and protecting windows, vegetation, etc, they began the repairs and base coat systematically working around the house. They took a little more than two days to complete the base coat. After it cured about a day they started the top coat and finished it in about two days. Once the top coat had cured they caulked all of the openings with polyurethane. Stuccoing is a rather messy job and they did a good job of protecting areas where they were working. Additionally they were efficient in cleanup and removal of trash and debris from the site as well as restoring things they had removed -- house numbers, stair rails, etc.- JENNIFER B.

Name Your NeedTerrible I wouldn’t let him come into the house to take my trash out he only has a business license no insurance always has a guy talking on the phone and if something messes up he want return to fix it I personally know for a fact he takes a job and googles it over night I messed up a couple times but he said and I quote I’ve already been paid I don’t have to go back and wouldn’t even pay his two workers that have been owed to Hope y’all don’t decide to go with this guy worst mistake you could make- Derrick H.

Adf ConstructionI talked to Don and he said he could come out to inspect my stucco sometime "early during the week of June 10th." On June 12th I had not heard from Don so I called and left a message. I did the same thing on June 14th. I still have not heard from him. Don't waste your time if you need something done. He just is not reliable or responsive.- Michael F.
