The measurement on one window was done incorrectly; therefore, the window is too small. The window in question doesn't touch the frame of the window. You can clearly see day light thru the window. There solution to the problem is to insulate and caulk the area instead of ordering me the correct size window. The window in questions should be replaced, since this is clearly a mistake of the company and not one of the customer. This is day 10 the caulking is deteriorating and leaks will occur. The crew left the job with holes and non caulked areas on the exterior and well as the interior. I have left several messages with the general manager who has returned my call only once. It is day ten and there has been no resolution to my window problem. The new windows are now beginning to fog up. I am greatly disappointed in this installation company, for the services provided to me are not with the esteem reputation of the pella name. I would not recommend this window company for many excuses have be made and they don't stand behind there work

"A good job is one thing, a good product is another. A fair price usually helps, however with home repairs you may get one or 2 of these at a time (if you're lucky)
With Nathen, I was absolutely amazed at just how he was able to not only get all three, but was also able to keep customer service as the main point.
He came out and listened to what our concerns were, discussed why they were valid, and how he could address these concerns for us.
Once he got measurements on everything we needed and wanted, he gave us a quote that absolutely floored us, but in a great way.
I had quotes from a "major company" that gave us a quote by looking at pictures online, and the information online that was well over 2.5x's what Nathen gave me. And get this, they were the same windows. I know this due to seeing the model numbers from the examples they brought out.
Once my windows came in, he came out and installed them. Not just some crew I didn't know. He himself. And let me tell you, they look fantastic, and we can already tell a big difference in the house. I appreciate his time, his transparency, and his knowledge along with his character and respect. All of my properties will now be "windows for life"properties.
