  I called Delta Bay Construction & Roofing in December, described the work I needed done, and asked if they did the type of work. The office manager (not sure of the title of the woman who answers the phones and prepares the quotes) told me that yes, they did do this type of work. She arranged for a foreman to come look at my fireplace the following day. The foreman showed up on time, looked at the work, and told me that the office manager would email me a quote, probably the next day. No one contacted me for a couple days, so I called the office again. The same woman told me that she never got the work order from the man (John, I think). The woman said she would call the foreman and call me right back. Well, no one ever called me or emailed me. I waited a few more days then called another company. Side Note: Delta Bay did the same thing to my sister last year. She was trying to have a roof repair done. Delta Bay was supposed to come out and look at her roof, and just never showed up. My sister called a couple times, and no one ever got back to her. So she took time off of work and sat around her house for nothing. I used Delta Bay back in 2012 for work in a bathroom, and they did a good job, so I thought I would give them another try, even after my sister's bad experience. That was my mistake. I ended up using Dominguez Construction. I am happy with the work they did, and the cost was nominal. Which is why I think Delta Bay bailed on me. I think they were busy, and the job I wanted done was inexpensive, so they just blew me off. It would have been the right thing to do to at least let me know they were too busy and could not do the tile work I needed done. Don't worry, Delta Bay Construction, I will not be bothering you again! And I am planning some extensive work don't this year and next year, but I will be contacting other companies

  The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience
